TieYulan is a mobile application focused on AI-assisted footwear design. It provides trend browsing, AI creative generation, design optimization tools, and personal collection management. Certain AI features may require the purchase of "AI Credits" via in-app purchase. For rules governing the processing of personal information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
The trend images and materials displayed on the home screen and gallery are curated and maintained by the developer and do not constitute a public community feed formed by user submissions. Reference materials you upload to use AI features, and design results generated for you by AI, are associated with your account only and intended for your personal use by default. They do not constitute a content publishing service available to unspecified members of the public. Related content and safety rules are also described in Section 5.2 of the Privacy Policy.
• If you are under 18 years of age, please read this Agreement and use the service under the supervision of a legal guardian. Minors may not create accounts or make purchases without guardian consent.
• You must provide accurate registration information, keep your account credentials secure, and are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.
By using this app, you agree not to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others, use app content for unauthorized commercial purposes, interfere with the normal operation of the service, or use automated tools to scrape data.
Copyright in works generated by users using the AI tools in this app belongs to the user.
To ensure transparency and traceability of AI-generated content, all generated outputs are embedded with SynthID invisible digital watermarks in compliance with applicable requirements. You grant the app a non-exclusive, worldwide license for technical processing purposes. The scope of data transmitted to third-party AI service providers is governed by Section 5.1 of the Privacy Policy and your separate consent at the time of use. The app commits not to commercially resell user works.
You must ensure that any content you input does not infringe third-party rights. If the app suffers losses (including attorney's fees and damages) due to your violations, the app reserves the right to seek indemnification.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve it through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit before the competent people's court in the developer's jurisdiction.
This app is provided "as is" without warranty of continuity or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
