1. Introduction

TieYulan ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. We follow a data minimization principle and only collect personal information strictly necessary to provide the app's core features.

2. Information We Collect

We only collect the following information necessary to provide our footwear design service:

Contact & Identity Information: Your name and phone number, used for registration, identity verification, and personalized service.
Account Identifier (User ID): A unique ID assigned to your account to track your design works, saved collections, and service status, and to sync data across devices.
Device Identifier (Device ID):
- Guest mode: An anonymous device identifier generated and stored locally on your device only, used to manage the 20 free trial credits. It is not linked to any personal identity and is never used for cross-app tracking or advertising.
- Logged-in state: After sign-in, we use the device's Vendor Identifier (IDFV) for identity association to protect account security and ensure cloud consistency of your design results. We strictly prohibit using this identifier for third-party tracking or advertising.
Purchase Records: In-app purchase order information (e.g., AI creation credits purchased), used for purchase restoration and service entitlement management.
Basic Diagnostics: Device model and OS version, used solely for UI adaptation and technical troubleshooting.
User-Uploaded Images: Shoe reference images and design materials you upload via the AI design feature, used for AI image processing and generation.

3. Permissions

We request the following permissions only after you explicitly allow them:

Camera: To photograph shoes and footwear as reference material for AI design, such as capturing a sneaker or leather shoe to generate new colorway and material previews.
Photo Library (read): To let you select shoe images from your album as input for AI design features, such as generating style variations from a saved photo.
Photo Library (write): To save AI-generated shoe design results to your album when you choose to keep them.

4. How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is used only to:

Provide AI shoe design and collection management services.
Verify user identity and manage account security.
Respond to your service requests and support inquiries.

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information and do not integrate any third-party analytics or advertising SDKs. We do not share your information with third parties unless we have your explicit consent or are required to do so by law. For data transmitted to third-party AI service providers to deliver AI shoe design features, please see Section 5.1 below.

To provide AI shoe design features, and only after your explicit authorization, we transmit the following data to a third-party AI service provider:

AI Service Provider: Google Gemini (a generative AI model provided by Google)
Data Types Transmitted: Images you upload (shoe reference photos, design materials, etc.), text prompts you enter, and color parameters
Purpose: To generate shoe design images and improve the app's AI design capabilities
Data Retention: The AI service provider does not retain your image data after processing. We do not use your design works to train AI models or sell them commercially.

This authorization is obtained separately and is not bundled with any other privacy consent. We will present an independent dialog to obtain your explicit consent before transmitting data to the AI service for the first time.

5.2 User-Uploaded and AI-Generated Content (Non-Public Community)

This app is not a public community or user-generated content platform open to unspecified audiences. The trend images and materials displayed on the home screen and gallery are curated, uploaded, and maintained by the developer.

Reference images you upload for AI features, and design results generated for you by AI, are associated with your account only and are visible only to you by default. They are not displayed as public feeds or discovery content viewable by other users.

To comply with legal requirements and platform safety standards, we apply content safety measures to the above processes and commit to the following:

Content Filtering: We use technical measures to filter illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content to ensure the AI features are used properly.
Feedback & Reporting: If you encounter illegal, non-compliant, or inappropriate content, please contact us via "Profile" → "Settings" → "Feedback" or by emailing meinvyeheng@163.com.
Issue Handling: We will handle reported issues promptly after verification.

6. Your Rights & Account Deletion

You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal information. You may request account deletion via "Profile" → "Settings" → "Delete Account". Upon deletion, we will delete or anonymize your data in accordance with applicable law.

Minors should use this service under the supervision of a guardian.
